About Nina
Born in Greece, Nina Alexopoulou, holds a Masters Degree in Dance Theatre: The Body in Performance from Trinity Laban. Coming from a contemporary dance background, she also holds a BA in Dance Performance from Roehampton University and studied in the Department of Theatre Studies of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Her main interests lie in femininity and female identity and its relation with notions of abjection, hysteria and food. She is also interested in explicit and intimate performance art, mass and popular culture and cupcakes.
